EFFECTIVE WAYS OF TIME MANAGEMENT

I Know it's really a tough question in everyone's mind. Many of the them used to hear this or say this favorite quote "I don't have time." Exactly, I too believe in that but later found that I am not planning my time in proper way. If the planning of the time is done properly, then you would feel like your life is in the rhythmic wave in bay.

There are some time management techniques where you can effectively manage the time.
  • Take down a paper and jot down the goals and objectives.
  • Identify the tasks to be done in objectives.
  • Allocate time for the particular task.
  • Create a time frame for the task.
  • Remember always have a buffer time in doing the task.
  • Try to say 'No' for work where your effort is not required.
  • There will be always distractions in your work, so please avoid the distracting things like attending phone calls and responding to the unwanted mails.
  • Start doing tough work at fresh day so it gives enough energy to do the work.
  • Write 'To-do List' which is of more important, important and less important.
  • Please start the work as early as 30 minutes before the actual time.
  • Plan time frame for tomorrow at the end of the day.
  • Review the time frame before starting the work.
  • Keep your workplace clean so that you can easily find out the required things.
  • Don't keep any unwanted things in the desk which will lead to the distraction.
  • Don't have never ending to-do list, because it will never ends at the end of the day.
  • Create three types of zone - Speed Zone, Slow Zone and No Zone. Speed Zone is where you will give your full concentration on the work. Slow Zone is where you will be called to attend meeting, phone calls and presentations. No Zone is no work is to be done at the time and the enough time is to be spend with the family and friends.
  • Paste some motivational pictures and thoughts on your desk.
  • The last thing is practice, practice until you manage your time.
