Resolutions for Leaders in 2015

                                               I wish Happy New Year to all my readers.

Common let us make this New year really happy for all.

There are many thing which makes to remain during the new year and one among them is resolution.

RESOLUTION - A word which I will follow for only one day.

But this I came with a new resolutions for the professionals in which they can make a great career.

1. Learning Attitude

Compromise with any thing in the world, but don't ever compromise with Learning. Because, we saw many things and history were created because of this. Be open to all other ideas, whether it is from Top level or security or conductor in bus. Who Knows, he may be great superstar in future. Learn smiles from the child. Normally, a child laugh 500 times a day which is not equal to one whole of ours. Try to learn each and every thing from every possible corners. A Great leader always hears opinions from his followers.

2. Make time for your team

Normal methodology of success not only lies behind only one, there are many backbone supporting it. Respect your team always. As a blogger I always seek help from my mentors to make my work more professional. Try to spend some good time with the people. May be this is the reason for India winning the world cup 2011.

3. Being a Good Communicator

Let start this year with great communication. Communication is not about you speak. Its all about how you make other to speak. We should be good in communicating with others either in the terns of verbal and non verbal. Listening is a great part of communication. Listen others carefully to help them to make their communication better.

4. Try to provide progressive discipline

Normally employees tends to work in pressure mode, because they think if they don't, it will reflects the performance review. Knowingly or unknowingly reviews making employees to get fear. Change the practice of review in the positive manner so that there is disciplined structure in the Organization.

5. Improve career of others

Career is not only important word to us, but also for other. We should continuously monitor the employees and effectively help them in making a better career plan, This will makes the employees to work closely with you...
